Back on popular demand: Summer of ‘19
SUBMISSIONS CLOSED
You know what you have to do! Don’t forget to take your camera(s) with you wherever you go and whatever you do. Document your summer as it goes and by the time you’ll put on your autumn sweater, the summer journal of all of your different stories will take shape.
We want to see your best and worst moments. Are you going to travel? Are you staying home? Introduce us your friends and family. Go as deep and raw as you need, get creative, it’s all up to you.
A few rules:
- All photographs must be shot on film from 1st of June to 1st of September 2019.
- We only accept work that hasn’t been previously published (except for your social media).
- Please send a short description of the work you’re submitting, along with your name, website and Instagram account.
- If you need more time to process your film after the deadline (1st of September) please let us know and send in your work until the 15th.
- Enjoy the trip!
UNCERTAIN Magazine Issue #6: Summer of ’19 – the online zine will be released at the end of September, 2019
Requirements:
- A title and a few words about the photographs, a story that goes with them – no more than 500 words
- Name, Instagram and/or website to be credited for your work
- If you wish to credit your models, please mention their name and Instagram / website
- The photographs should be larger that 2400px/300dpi (longer length)
- Before submitting please make sure you have your models’ permission to use the photographs
- We are not accepting photographs that were published in other online or printed magazines but we are accepting photographs previously posted on social media.

We accept links from various file sharing services like WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox.
