Domi by Will Austin
With her long vintage coat and lips as vividly red as her hair, the first time I saw Domi walk through the doors of my work I thought she’d stepped out of a portal from the 50’s. She instantly stood out. We talked for half an hour, and after that initial meeting she ended up becoming a friend and muse to both myself and my girlfriend. But, with the end of summer came the end of her time with us; after a few months she had flown back to France. Will Austin
Despite being a young woman who didn’t shy from colour, I found myself appreciating the black and white photographs I took of her the most. Looking at them, I felt as if that portal had been opened again and I had slipped into the past.
