If You Ever See Me Lying On a Hill by Milena Pazos
This series was born from a collaboration between Dana and I, while we were exploring the relationship between movement and the relegated natural spaces available in the city.
The use of dance was the selected form of dynamism to inhabit nature, as a way of reconnecting to it in a fleeting moment, before going back to the everyday bustling city.
If you ever see me lying on a hill.
Wondering about myself.
Unable to follow the smell of the pines.
Then lie down with me.
Explain the world to me, once all over again.
So that I can follow the stars again.
With a smile.
Dancing over bridges.
Sleeping in woods.
Singing in storms.
