La Route Du Rock 2019

La Route Du Rock announces day splits featuring Tame Impala, Sharon Van Etten, Metronomy, Stereolab, Deerhunter, Big Thief, Black Midi and many more on the bill of the 29th edition of the stellar festival.

Held in and around the beautiful St. Malo on Brittany’s Emerald Coast, La Route Du Rock will also feature a stellar array of artists including Stereolab, Jon Hopkins, Hot Chip, Deerhunter, Big Thief and Pond.

Fontaines D.C, IDLES, Pottery, Crack Cloud and Anemone are also part of the line-up and this is just a selection of the great up-and-coming bands playing at La Route Du Rock 2019. In addition, over the past 29 years, the festival has become synonymous with supporting new local talent as well, with Laure Briard, Le Superhomard and Oktober Lieber as some of the best new French artists to watch this year.

With a beach stage during the day and a spectacular 18th century castle stage by night, the festival mixes an amazing bill with a truly stunning setting. Since 1990, RDR has carved a niche in the cultural landscape of European festivals, becoming an unmissable summer gathering for open minded music lovers eager to seek out exciting new sounds.
